KreiderSteelers head coach Mike Tomlin is expected to update the health of fullback Dan Kreider when he meets with the media this afternoon for his weekly press conference.  Kreider left this past Sunday’s game against Cincinnati in the first quarter with an ankle injury and did not return.  Tomlin is also expected to talk about next Monday night’s game against AFC North rival Baltimore.  The Ravens are one game behind the Steelers in the division at 4-and-3, tied with Cleveland.  Cleveland visits Pittsburgh the following week.
