Smith Out as Starter; Carter In

The Steelers are making changes in their secondary.  Anthony Smith is out of the starting lineup and Tyrone Carter is in.  Smith was responsible for deep coverage when the Steelers were burnt for touchdown passes of 63, 56 and 55 yards against New England and Jacksonville.  Smith was also responsible for guaranteeing a win against the Patriots.  Smith replaced Ryan Clark in the starting lineup after Clark went down with a spleen injury.
