Posted in Not only will Willie Parker be out for the Pro Bowl, but his pocket book will also be lighter for suffering what turns out to be a season ending injury in the teams win over the Rams on Thursday night. Parker will miss out on a possible huge bonus that he would have gotten from his Nike contract, that states if he would have lead the league in rushing (which he was till he got hurt) he would have gotten an extra $100,000. So while the Steelers will have to look at other RB options, the injury also keeps Willie from buying those extra Christmas presents for the family this year.
Parker’s Injury Hurts His Pocketbook as Well
