Now that Philadelphia has shown the entire NFL how we can be beaten each and every game, I sure wish we would have had a Kick Return man like EDDIE DRUMMOND, not having 230lb. tailbacks trying to break one. Mr. Drummond gave Detroit a huge boost several times when the game was is serious doubt, and a run-back (or two) by Drummond got them the "W". The money vs. the talent; I can't understand how Drummond was cut, and after watching our high scoring attack on Philly, I know it was a mistake to let him go. Now we can hope for a big 5 or 10 yd. kick return from Mendenhall all season, instead of hoping for a 95 yd. TD run back from Drummond.

I don't have a problem with really any of our cuts. I tend to trust management when it comes to dealing with our players...Which brings me to a point-What about when management deals with other teams' players (i.e., free agency, waiver wire, etc.)? I'm not saying management is bad at it, I'm just saying I, as a fan, tend to raise a brow when certain players are seemingly left behind when we definitely need them. Like, I'll be raising a brow when we decide not to sign Willie Anderson. Call me crazy, I just think he might be a pass blocking upgrade over all our existing options but what do I know?
