Well fellow Steeler fans, this is the biggest game of the year for this team so far. With the Ravens winning on Sunday, the Steelers could find themselves in a tie for 1st in a division that they should be well out in front in. There will certainly be more important games as the season progresses, but after such a dismal home loss last week, this team needs to show up and win to stay in fron in the AFC north. Catching Tennessee might be out of the question, but what about all the other teams that our Steelers may be lumped in with if they ever lose to the 'Skins? To be 6-2 at the half way point is exactly where they should be in order to make a push for January. There are too many tough teams left on this schedule, so 6-2 gives them the room they will need at some point the rest of the way. Lets face it, the Steelers have only beaten 1 "good" team this year and that was the Ravens, the team they are now holding off. The 'Skins are a good team but a team the Steelers should be better than.

I hope you are right about the Steelers getting a big win in DC! I think I am going to take a break from my favorite team this week. After last weeks fiasco against the Giants I just cannot stand another sub-par performance by the O-Line or our Hundred Million Dollar "Interception throwing" QB!

I hope they win but I wouldn't be surprised if the Redskins disrupted Ben all night long into a 16-10 victory over the Steelers!
