		<description>Matt, I fail to see the logic of the Galloway acquisition, unless MacDonald was not available.  But having acquired Galloway, why deactivate him in favor of an inexperienced rookie when two starters (Hines and Wallace) are hurting?  In other words, if Galloway still has enough skills to warrant a contract, why would he not be used?  Or conversely, if Grisham is that good, why hasn&#039;t he played?  Does anyone know any factual basis for Arians&#039; statement -- or is his comment merely a pre-game smoke screen for the Ravens&#039; DC? Surely, the Ravens expect Galloway to play.</description>
