Good Night Bengals – Jets Win 24-14 in Wild Card Game in Cincy

Well, never meant to say I told you so, but if you look at my wild card pick for this game, I picked the Jets winning – 24-14. And yes, the final score today in the Queen City – 24-14. I loved the Jets run game against the Bengals, and you have to give it to Rex Ryan and OC Brian Schottenheimer for the play actions and the way they used rookie QB Mark Sanchez.

The Bengals, well, we all saw this coming. They peaked in the second game against the Steelers when they won 18-12 on November 15th, and since then, they have been a very average football team. They went 3-4 after that, including losses to the Raiders, Vikings and Chargers.

Well, that means it’s one down, one to go in the AFC North. Now when the Ravens lose to the Pats tomorrow, it’ll be all over for all teams in the AFC North in 2009.

    Bengals never should have laid down last week and let the Jets Defense into the playoffs.

    I hope the same thing happens to the Colts next week.

    One and done.

    Mark, Dr. George and gang;
    Greetings! Just to give you all an idea of how much I hate New England, I’m sitting here watching our arch rival dismantle them and couldn’t be happier! I couldn’t root for the Pats if Satan himself was playing them! They are the most overrated, overhyped, non-accolade deserving (pseudo) championship team I’ve ever seen! Now that Brady does not have a cheater in his ear letting him know the defensive play, where are they!!!!! To all the Raiders fans (tuck rule), Rams fans, Colts fans, Panthers fans Eagles fans and most definitely us Steelers fans (2 AFC championship losses), this is sweet revenge even if it comes at the hands of our rivals. I wonder how long the networks will stop sucking the Pats’ collective cocks every preseason, “Oh, slurp, slurp, New England should slurp, slurp, run away with, slurp, slurp, another title because they’re slurp, slurp sooooooooooo slurpity slurp slurp good!” Fuck that: O-V-E-R-R-A-T-E-D!!!! Go to Hell New England!

      Jay I’m with you 100% seeing the New England Gaytriots getting their asses handed to them was almost euphoric. Also the media love affair with them makes me sick. the slurp, slurp reference ROFLMAO. Jay that was priceless.

    Jay is so happy today!!! Good for you Jay. I hate both teams so much that this is actually bittersweet. Watching the Pats get massacred is great but watching the Ravens do it bothers me.
