You may be able to get Shepard for "3 year for 15 mil", but reportedly Robinson want a contract like the one that Nnamdi Asomugha got, which is one of the reasons why the Texans are not trying to keep him and he held out last year. Both could step in and be a huge help within the secondary. How much it would cost? Id say somewhere along 3 year for 15 mil to get this deal done. I dont care much for the idea of bringing LT aboard even as a tudor. Theres no doubt he has lost a step-- prob closer to two steps. The only positive I see in LT is his nose for the endzone around the goal line which we could definitely use. I just dont see LT being able to hit the hole hard enough anymore, so LT would be a waste of money. If the Steelers were to go out and spend money on a RB, I would rather them find a rookie with blazing speed. We all know how the Steelers can find diamonds in the rough, I just dont think LT's diamond is a clear as it used to be. I would like to see the Steelers go after Lito Sheppard or Dunta Robinson.
