Steelers Legends to be at the Women’s Open in July

Several special events will be held in conjunction with the 65th U.S. Women’s Open, which will be conducted July 5-11, 2010 at Oakmont Country Club.

On Tuesday, July 6, at 3 p.m., two former Pittsburgh Steelers, Super Bowl champions and Pro Football Hall of Fame members, Lynn Swann and Franco Harris will be joined with LPGA stars in a celebrity exhibition on the driving range at Oakmont Country Club.

On Wednesday, July 7, at 3 p.m., Super Bowl champion Jerome Bettis and LPGA stars will participate in a celebrity exhibition on the driving range at Oakmont Country Club. Arnold Palmer, honorary chairman for the 65th U.S. Women’s Open, will appear at the Wednesday exhibition to welcome the crowds back to Oakmont.
