Harrison’s Surgery Postponed Due to Fever

Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports linebacker James Harrison had back surgery postponed Monday morning because of a fever, according to his agent.

Bill Parise said Harrison’s surgery, which he called “very routine,” will be rescheduled soon and that he should be able to resume training in a month to six weeks.

“They do not anticipate any difficulties,” Parise said of the surgery. “He’s going to be fine.”
