Suisham Named AFC Special Teams Player Of The Week

Shaun Suisham

With the game on the line Sunday against the Ravens, there was never a doubt that kicker Shaun Suisham would make good to send the Steelers home a winner.

Thanks to his 42-yard game winning field goal Sunday vs Baltimore, as well as his other three field goals, Suisham has been named the “AFC Special Teams Player of the Week.”

Suisham has been kicker like a Pro Bowler this season, going 14-for-14 in field goals and 9-for-9 in extra points.

He’s been tremendous this season, and winning the honor was well deserved for Suisham.
