Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger may not be having one of his best seasons for the 2-5 Steelers, but sure does deserve some kudos for giving back.

Ben made a $30,000 donation from the Ben Roethlisberger Foundation to Make-A-Wish’s Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia chapter.

WPXI TV in Pittsburgh reported the story and took the pictures of the event, like the one above.

“I’m excited to do this on behalf of the Ben Roethlisberger Foundation. On behalf of my dad and my family, we’re excited to present a check to you,” said Roethlisberger.

Roethlisberger not only made the donation, but also met and gave his jersey to one of his biggest fans, 8-year-old Anthony Cook.

Cook got to go to Disney World recently and donated his tooth fairy money to Make-A-Wish. The Steelers QB also gave his jersey from last week’s game to Cook.
