Giving up a Steelers record 55 points, allowing the Raiders QB to set a team and NFL record run for a TD, one of the worst Steeler winning record in many years equals, Tomlin is not qualified to be a head coach and he cannot judge talent, so until he is replaced this team will continue to be a joke in the NFL.
