2. THE STATE OF SEAN SPENCE
Linebacker Sean Spence suffered a knee injury during the 2013 season. Questions about his durability came up during the Monday press conference with Mike Tomlin and Kevin Colbert.
When asked about Spence specifically, Tomlin said, “He’s healthy and working. So we can’t wait obviously to watch him take the next step in this process, which is play football.” Tomlin talked about the fact that Spence hasn’t been idle and that he has gone through the “rehabilitation process”. “I’m not going to assume that he’s starting from ground zero…I don’t think that we’ll start from scratch.”
