Everyone knew that it was just matter of time before Le’Veon Bell would return to the Steelers, after all, he wasn’t going to skip the entire season waiting for a new deal to get done.
The running back gave some indication on Tuesday night about just when he will be back, that being on September 1st, after the last preseason game against the Panthers.

The running back and the black and gold were not able to get a deal done, meaning that once he returns he will ink his one-year Franchise deal with the team and then will be a free agent next offseason.
Getting Bell back the 1st means that he will have nine days to cram to get ready for the season opener in Cleveland against the Browns on opening day September 10th.
