Defensive end Brett Keisel missed a third consecutive day of practice because of a neck injury and might not play Sunday at Miami. Keisel is listed as questionable, but Steelers players rarely play after not practicing all week. Left guard Chris Kemoeatu (wrist) also was limited in practice Friday and is listed as questionable.
