The Steelers have signed their third-round draft pick, linebacker Bruce Davis to a three-year deal. ProFootballTalk.com is reporting that Davis will receive a signing bonus of roughly $500,000 on a three-year deal, with base salaries of $285,000, $385,000, and $470,000 in 2008, 2009, and 2010, respectively. The Steelers 2008 Draft continued on Sunday, as the team took UCLA outside linebacker Bruce Davis, who is 6-2, 252 pounds and runs a 4.78. Bell will add depth to the linebacker spot, and if he can prove his worth, can earn playing time and possibly a spot in the teams nickel and dime defenses.
