19. San Francisco 49’ers – A team that was expected to compete a season ago, but fell short and it cost Mike Singletary his job mid-season. Now Jim Harbaugh takes over, and they could be a darkhorse in the NFC. With TE Vernon Davis, a healthy Frank Gore, and hopefully more from the QB spot, the Niners should challenge for the weak NFC West crown.
