Steelers linebacker LaMarr Woodley is chilling at the Studio with us, where he answers some burning questions, such as: Where is his Super Bowl ring? What’s his favorite Subway sandwich? And is James Harrison really as scary as he looks on the field? All this and more, plus! See LaMarr get all lotioned up by one of our editors! Hosted by Nikki Novak.

The real news is that the Steelers have re-signed Max Starks, which implies that rookie OT Mike Adams is not ready for prime time — at least, not yet. The addition of Starks will preclude the necessity of shifting Gilbert from RT back to LT in the event Adams isn’t ready. In watching tape of Adams at Ohio State, his foot work looked suspect by NFL standards, especially in pass protection. Starks had the same problem as a rookie. Adams will no doubt improve dramatically this season, but I’ll bet Ben R. is one happy dude to see Starks back in black and gold.
Of course, if Starks is on the starting line, someone else has to go. We simply can’t keep all the talent we have, and the talent we have is pretty darn good. A number of our O-line cuts may end up starting for other teams.
