Roethlisberger and Polamalu Both Practice; Should Play Sunday

It appears that the Steelers got two doses of good news on Friday, as QB Ben Roethlisberger returned to practice despite a sore shoulder and should play on Sunday, and also safety Troy Polamalu also was on the field once again and he will play Sunday for the first time in four weeks.  Ben is listed as questionable on the injury report, and while some are saying he may be a game-time decision, he’ll be on the field without a doubt unless he has a major setback in the next 24-48 hours.

Troy will start in the Steelers defensive backfield Sunday, this after missing the last three games with knee issues.  He has missed four games this season total, and the Steelers have gone 3-1 without him, the only loss being Sunday’s setback in New England.  Nevertheless, the team needs both Ben and Troy Sunday when they host the rough and tough Jags at Heinz Field.
