Steelers Start Prep Today for Finale at Baltimore

The Steelers begin preparations for Sunday’s game at Baltimore with practice today on the South Side.  The Steelers are the AFC North Champions for 2007.  The Steelers didn’t play this past Sunday but won the division after Cincinnati beat Cleveland 19-14 at Paul Brown Stadium.  The Steelers are 10-5, one game ahead of the Browns going into the final week.  The two teams can finish with the same record but the Steelers would win the tie-breaker by virtue of beating Cleveland twice this season.  Sunday’s game against the Ravens will determine if the Steelers enter the playoffs as a three seed or four seed.  The Steelers and San Diego are vying for those spots.  San Diego takes on the Raiders on Sunday.  The Raiders reportedly plan to start rookie Jamarcus Russell at Quarterback.
