The Steelers took to the practice field today as they started their “off week” of practices, and they got a good surprise, as QB Ben Roethlisberger showed up at the session. Ben didn’t take part in any type of drills, but just him being with the team is a good sign after Sunday’s scary injury.
Reports continue to be positive that Ben will be ready to go in the teams divisional playoff game on January 11th vs one of three teams – San Diego, Indianapolis or Miami. Mike Tomlin said on Sunday after the game that it was too early to tell when Ben may practice after suffering the concussion.
