    Pat you are an idiot. It took Cowher a decade and a half to win his first superbowl. Tomlin won his first one in a fraction of the time with an aging team and one of the most difficult schedules in the NFL. This team also had injuries at key position Polamolu, Kemo, Aaron Smith and newbies playing at key positions Gay at corner, Mendenhall, and a rookie reciever. I havent even started on the old guys who have lost a step or the poor kicking game. PLayers play and are responsible for wins and losses. You cant blame Tomlin for the ineptitude of his players abilities just like I cant blame your parents for your lack of insight.
