Steelers Hire Brandon Hunt As Pro Scouting Coordinator

The Steelers moved quickly today to replace Doug Whaley, as the Post-Gazette reports they have hired Brandon Hunt:

The Steelers hired Brandon Hunt as pro scouting coordinator. Hunt replaces Doug Whaley, who left the Steelers to become assistant general manager of the Buffalo Bills. After serving as a graduate assistant at the college, Hunt joined the Steelers as a scouting intern in 2005 and 2006.

Matt Loede has been in the sports media for over 16 years, with experience covering the MLB, NBA, and NFL. On Sunday’s during football season, you can hear Matt on national networks like Fox Sports Radio, Associated Press, and others.
