Roethlisberger Won’t Face Charges for Peeing on a Tree

The National Football Post reports that the Steelers QB will not face charges over peeing against a tree while golfing last week:

Pittsburgh Steelers suspended quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and his golfing buddies won’t face charges from police after allegations surfaced today that the NFL star allegedly urinated behind a tree at a Dublin, Ohio golf course.

According to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, the female property owner didn’t want to press charges. Per the report, Roethlisberger wasn’t the one seen urinated between the 17th and 18th holes.

The country club issued a reminder to members to use the restrooms instead of the golf course.

“We received a call that said a member of the party urinated on private property,” Dublin police spokesman David Bal said. “We spoke to the golf course and they agreed to discuss this issue internally with their members.”
