WR Sanders Has Another Foot Surgery

WR Emmanuel Sanders had what he described as a “second and final foot surgery” on his broken left foot. His recuperation schedule will be a month or more. Sanders was hurt in the Super Bowl loss against Green Bay.

He finished the regular season with 28 receptions for 376 yards and two touchdowns. Sanders is expected to return for the 2011 season at 100 percent, and he will remain the No. 3 WR for Pittsburgh behind Mike Wallace and Hines Ward.
