DeCastro Ruled Out For Sunday With Ankle Injury

David DeCastro

The Steelers got bad news on Friday for their already banged up O-line, as right guard David DeCastro has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Patriots.

He will sit because of an ankle injury.

DeCastro, who had started in all seven of Pittsburgh’s games this season, did not practice at all this week. Guy Whimper, who is listed as probable, is expected to fill in for DeCastro in the starting lineup.

Starting left guard Ramon Foster (concussion) is listed as probable.
