Steelers cornerback Ike Taylor is this week’s NFL Defensive Player of the Week. Taylor had an interception, four passes defensed and five tackles in the Steelers 21-0 shutout of the Seattle Seahawks this past Sunday at Heinz Field. Taylor’s interception came near the goalline at the end of the first half, ending a Seattle drive as time expired. Taylor and the Steelers have a week off this week and return to action against Denver on October 21st.

Mike Tomlin that is, man aren’t the Steelers lucky to have Tomlin. A NFL head coach now but genius in the making for sure.
