Steelers Ink Center Alex Stepanovich

Pro Football Weekly reports that the Steelers have inked center Alex Stepanovich:

The Steelers, seeking to bolster their O-line depth after injuries to two starters, signed veteran C Alex Stepanovich on Monday.

The 6-4, 296-pound Stepanovich played four games for Atlanta last season. He has played 46 NFL games, with 34 career starts, and gives the Steelers another option along the interior of their line as they cope with injuries to C Justin Hartwig (toe) and ORG Darnell Stapleton (knee).

In addition to signing Stepanovich, the Steelers released reserve DE Jordan Reffett.
