good move i hope. Not sure why tomlin and colbert got rid of him in the first place.

I hope the steelers use this ben/ward controversy as a rallying point. turn it into an us vs them mentality. they need something to kickstart them.

i am praying they feature 34 tomorrow. give him the ball 30+ times, maybe actually try a screen pass to him, even in routes from out of the backfield. i don’t think too many LB’s in this league could match up with him.

I’m sitting here watching the Raiders game at the beginning of the fourth quarter, third and six or something at like the Raiders 26ish yard line, and I’m saying to myself during the presnap, “Ya know, a sack right here takes us to the fringe of field goal range,” and sure enough, there’s a sack, Reed misses the field goal. I don’t care too much about the missed field goal, hopefully Reed won’t be here next year, what concerns me is that, I’m sitting here on my #%$*couch calling it, it happens anyway as if Arians is involved in in a totally different game. There are no draw play, no screen passes, no dump offs, just Arians sends everyone deep right into the teeth of the umbrella coverage and expects his subpar offensive line to give Ben time….It really makes no sense and I’m sick f it! Someone is sucking someone’s dick in this organization and it’s a shame because ti doesn’t take a GREAT football mind to see how Arians might be the worst offensive coordinator EVER! What also gets me is that supposed great minds like Dan Dierdorf will sit there and sing Arians’ praises saying things like, “Oh, Ben loves his offensive coordinator….He feels Arians calls a great game…” It makes me wanna puke when I hear that shit….right now it is 10-6 Pitt, watch what happens….

What a pathetic team we are…Once again, Tomlin, you are overrated and thank you for putting Troy in on the FG block in week one! You’re an asshole!

I can’t believe this…Our secondary….unbelievable, even if we pull this out….our DB’s, it’s so so frustrating because they’re mistakes I don’t see any other team making unless it’s the Lions or Browns….WE SUCK!!!!!!!!!

Tomlin, I hope you are fired, you are an embarrassment as a coach, you inherited a great team and put garbage draft pick defensive backs on the field, allowed a suck offensive coordinator to come in and run a suck offense and then followed the Steelers tradition of not being a player in free agency with your suck ass GM, Colbert and not upgrading the team, you think that simply resigning your existing free agents is enough….I wish I was the GM, I would clean house starting with your black ass, get rid of all your no hands having DB’s except Polamalu (who I would make sure to not put in a FG block team you fucking moron)…and get some talent on the offensive line….I can’t fucking believe you let the fucking Raiders come in and drive down on your defense….I will never forgive you for putting Polamalu in on that FG block….You needed DB’s and instead of moving up, you move down and take third round picks who can’t catch or see the field….What the fuck is wrong with you!

I’m ready to put my @#$%*ing foot through the T.V. another @#$%ing meltdown terrible defense. You could’nt get off the field on 2nd and 20 giving up a first down or 3rd and 14. this team sucks. I have tickets to the thursday night game in cleveland and pondering on either going. I don’t want to see the browns break their lossing streak to the Steelers and the way they have been playing I honestly believe it is possible. our db’s suck ass. I @%%^^$ing knew when We scored that last TD We left way to much time on the clock.I just knew that the Raiders we going to march down the field and score, hey why not we just got burnt for a long T.D. their previous possesion. this whole staff is a bunch morons. nice of Tomlin to scarf up a S.B. title with Cowher’s team. this reminds me of Barry Switzer winning the S.B. with Jimmy Johnson’s team

one more thing tomlin: still waiting for hell. how about getting more out of your dbacks. i can’t believe you let this team lose to the raiders. stop trying to be the hip coach with the flashy sound bites and start coaching up your defense. you are responsible for holding your people accountable. how about hold Gay accountable and deactivate his ass. hold taylor accountable by explaining to him that it is important to catch the ball every once in a while. tell burnett this ain’t college ball any more. catch the ball.

i can’t believ we lost another game by 3 fricking points

Ya know, to all the people who cry, “BANDWAGON” when they read the type of stuff I’m about to write….I like Chunky’s Soup…It is a product, but if it ever started tasting like shit, I’d stop buying that product….why is it any different when we fans, who spend money on paraphernalia, tickets, Directv, etc., opine that the product sucks!?! THIS PRODUCT SUCKS!!!! I’m sitting here kinda thinking of the AFC and the how the Colts won’t go all the way because they won’t be able to stop the run when it matters; what with the likes of, of, wait a minute, nobody in the AFC runs the ball anymore….It’s like everyone copied off of New England and Indy and, with the exception of Miami and Baltimore, both playoff bubble teams, everyone jumped on this pass-happy shit…..I thought that maybe we would be the voice of reason but, Arians had to have his say…I must say that our secondary is reminiscent of the late 90’s secondary—-Tomlin is overrated and has won with Cowher’s players, period! The fact that Burnett was on the field in lieu of Lewis (3rd round) late in the game is atrocious…I was actually happy when Gay got dinged because HE SUCKS!!!!! Where is the pass rush up the middle HOOD? and is it possible that Troy really is that good?!? Of course but Tomlin put him in on like a 30 yard field goal attempt in week one! WOW…Season is over…and fuck Ed Bouchette! I read all his chat transcripts and how smug he is, never answering questions directly, making fun of people and serious questions and being aloof with anything that resembles fans deriding the Steelers; almost as if he has his mouth on some proverbial cock as well! This product is not good enough to continue to invest anything emotionally or monetarily in at the moment…Last year it was but guess what, this year it’s not! I don’t watch games in yesterday, I watch them in today! If Tomlin wants to get cute and say this team isn’t trying to repeat because that, according to him, would imply that past accomplishments are relevant, well, then going by the same logic, where the hell is our first Super Bowl trophy!?! This year the team sucks, please don’t bring up last year or 2005 or 1979, etc., etc, because according to our new fearless leader, they don’t really matter because we’re focusing on right now, right Mike? At least the Patriots lost today!
