Communications Coordinator Dave Lockett Leaving the Steelers

The Steelers will have a new communications coordinator in 2011, as Dave Lockett is leaving the team according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Lockett has been with the club for the past 13 seasons. His last day will be tomorrow.

I have met Dave more than a few times over the years covering the team, and he has always been a true professional and has served the team well. We here at Steelers Gab wish him nothing but the best in his future!

Burt Lauten remains the team’s public relations/media manager.
