Quarterback Blake Bortles,Wide reciever Allen Hurns, and middle linebacker Paul Posluszny are players that are young and talented players. All three of these players are improving and are up and coming. If the Pittsburgh Steelers are to win this Sunday they must successfully stop these three players.
Rookie quarterback Bortles has drawn comparisons to Ben Roethlisberger. Bortles has the size, intellect, and arm strength to have a good to great game against many types of defenses.Bortles also is a underrated scrambler. Bortles has been impressive in his limited playing time so far. Making his second career NFL start and first at home Bortles is not a quarterback that should be taken lightly.
Hurns has turned some heads in the NFL thus far as a undrafted receiver out the university of Miami. Hurns has shown the hands, speed, and quickness to develop into a no.1 receiver. Hurns has the ability to catch a five yard pass and turn it into a 60 yard touchdown. At 6’3″ 194 pounds Hurns matches up well with cornerback Cortez Allen.
Middle Linebacker Paul Posluszny is a tackling machine. He has been very consistent over the past few seasons. Posluszny has sideline to sideline tackling ability. Posluszny will be a key matchup against Le’Veon Bell who has been in a year so far this season. Posluszny is also a underrated coverage linebacker and Roethlisberger should be aware throwing the ball in the middle of the field.
