Steelers fans are going to have to wait one or two more days to watch the highly anticipated game between the 3-0 Steelers and the 3-0 Titans in Nashville.
The NFL on Wednesday announced that the game will NOT be played Sunday as was originally scheduled, and that the game will likely go on Monday or Tuesday.
NY Post media columnist Andrew Marchand tweeted out Wednesday night that the league is expected to put the game Monday or Tuesday on CBS:
The rescheduled Steelers-Titans game is expected to be on national TV on CBS, according to sources. It will be either on Monday at 5 p.m. or Tuesday at 6 or 7 p.m.
I should add the NFL preference is Monday for competitive balance. For CBS, a 7 pm start would be better as it wouldn’t impact its news programs and it would be a later standalone broadcast window.
