Roethlisberger Accused of Sexual Assault

A developing story from our friends at TMZ.com

ben

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been accused of sexual assault by a young woman in Georgia, TMZ has learned.

The alleged incident occurred early this morning at Capital City — a club in Milledgeville, Georgia.

The alleged victim, who has already been interviewed by police, has been treated and released.

We’re told in addition to the alleged victim, witnesses are being interviewed — and one law enforcement source says they will attempt to interview Roethlisberger.

In addition to the Milledgeville Police Dept, we’ve learned the Georgia Bureau of Investigations is also investigating.

Maybe he should put it in your mouth so you’d shut -up….and please don’t go on with , “Steelers fans are so easy…” I’m not even upset, I just got done submitting a midterm for my sports management graduate degree. You’re the consummate loser who scouts these sites like a mindless parasite waiting for something to make your pathetic existence have something close to a semblance of substance. I usually don’t give your kind the time of day but I want to stick up for Ben because the story is still developing and is not even on the Post-Gazette yet or NFL.com but the true definition of someone without a life, of someone with shit for brains, of someone with not only a low IQ but also a pervasively delayed maturation level is someone like you who feeds off of other people’s misfortunes. Oh here’s that Alyssa Milano commercial again, Thomas, you’ll never get her….Now I sound like you…Anyway, good luck with life, Thomas, you obviously need all the help you can get.

And, Ben, if this is true….KEEP YOUR GODAMM DICK IN YOUR PANTS AND START ACTING LIKE A FUCKING GROWN UP AND NOT A PETULANT CHILD WITH RAGING HORMONES ALREADY!!!

I don’t need to know, you put it up on the board for us so yes I do, lest you wouldn’t act like an ass and an antagonist…Or are you trying to purport that you lead a double life…Nice, sophisticated, gentleman by person and asshole, antagonist by internet blog…if that’s the case, then I don’t know you now do I?

First of all, Larry, are you sticking up for a Raven asshole on a Steeler website? If so, you’re the tool. Secondly, I now know why I stayed away from this site and concentrated on my studies the past few weeks—too many myopic, narrow-minded, monosyllabic neanderthals spouting about stuff who really have no lives….you wouldn’t call me a tool to my face, chief, that I know!

Jay I was going to do Sports Management but ultimately ended up going for a history degree and teach. Im still in school too though. Id have to agree with you on a certain extent. I like this site because its good steelers talk but I definitely hate it when people mudsling. Ive been commenting on this blog for a few months, but when some of the participants start acting childish its hard to follow.

That being said… Im not being too optimistic but I dont think Ben actually did it. Hes the face of the team and the city, he has grown up majorly from the time that he first started with the Steelers. In my opinion, Ben is an easy target for girls to cry wolf. Has anyone seen the pic of the first girl that accused Ben? Seriously as a guy you can tell what a girl is like by just looking at them… that girl looked like she was asking for it and is dumb/for lack of a better word bitchy enough to try to get cash out of it. Its sad to say, but when Ben goes out girls only see a dollar sign on him.

Thomas if you are a Ravens fan, then why do you come to a Steelers site every day?

  12. mike

    March 6, 2010 at 6:40 pm

tommy, tommy, tommy…not supporting rape. although i wouldn’t mind if someone raped you. that would be kind of cool. i would support that. i don’t care what ben does off the field. as long he is not convicted of a crime, i don’t give a shit. throw touchdown passes and win super bowls. do you care if ray lewis helped kill people in atlanta 10 years ago? i don’t. ray lewis is a football player just like ben. don’t look to these guys as roll models or people to be admired. in 15 years, if not sooner, the steelers will have another quarterback. i don’t care who it is. win games. period.

Mike since you don’t mind me getting raped.
I don’t mind if you get hit by a car and get paralyzed that would be sweet.

Mike, I disagree with you. Although I do strongly believe in and adhere to the notion that parents should be the primary role models (and it’s “role” not “roll”—they ain’t bread), if anyone thinks that kids don’t look up to these athletes (especially with all the societally broken homes these days…ya know, dad not in the picture because he’s too busy impregnating everything with a fuzzy triangle), if anyone thinks that these athletes are not viewed as “heroes”, “role models”, etc. then you’r extremely naive. Like Colin Cowherd says, “If you’re the manager at a McDonald’s, then you do get to ride around without a helmet on a motorcycle. But if you’re a franchise quarterback, ya don’t!” It’s the same thing here, as dictatorial and tyrannical as it may sound, you don’t get to go to clubs and stuff when you’re this type of high profile person especially if there’s suddenly a bullseye on you like there currently is with Ben. Maybe the Steelers should put a “no pussy” clause in his contract or something. I too care a lot about the results and “wins” but don’t think that what he or anyone else does on their time and playing football are unrelated! They are totally related! Ben needs to grow up! Even if he is vindicated. The main reason I am not worried and the main thing I take solace in here is that he plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers and not any other team. Which means that the Steelers will simply not tolerate this behavior. Once was a warning with that chic from the golf thig-a-ma-jig tournament last year who looked like she was more interested in a sugar cube and a carrot then a c_ck! But now the red flags for the Rooneys and the Tomlins and the Colberts are up and he will get talked to.

  15. Ben Dover

    March 7, 2010 at 7:28 pm

What a stupid douche bag. I can’t believe he is such a moron, you don’t go to night clubs after you have been accused of sexual assult, and you definitely don’t try to pick-up some barfly.
He has shown an incredible lack of judgement in the 6 years he has been in Pittsburgh, every other year he is in some kind of trouble. ’06 a motorcycle accident, ’08 & ’10, accusations of sexual assult, what an idiot.
Someone needs to put a leash on him so he can’t do any further damage to himself.

  16. Jay

    March 8, 2010 at 8:28 am

    Thank you, Mr. Dover,

If we are going to be and represent fans and people of character, then when we chide other teams’ players for assininity, we have to do it to our franchise quarterback lest we make hypocrites of ourselves.

      March 8, 2010 at 11:00 am

agreed… Jay you realize his name isnt really ben dover. Ben Dover = BenD over

Yeah, um, thanks, got it…I guess the sarcasm in calling him by an official surname didn’t catch.

  18. Ben Dover

    March 8, 2010 at 3:09 pm

    Jay & George H,

I am a Steelers fan and I do indeed chide other teams and their players for insane acts of stupidity. I would be a hypocrite if I overlooked Roethlisberger’s regular acts of foolishness, I however am not a hypocrite.

Look, when you are a high profile celebrity, and one with an open sexual assault charge still pending, you don’t put yourself in that position. People need to start seriously questioning his judgement, that’s all I am doing.

When was the last time you read about Peyton Manning being accused of any wrong doing, or Tom Brady. Just compare Ben to Sidney Crosby, there is no comparison. Ben needs better handlers?

By the way George H, you are right, my name isn’t Ben Dover, but you aren’t George H either, I’m a little more creative than you.

    Regards, Ben

    March 8, 2010 at 3:35 pm

Well, I am Jay, and I was not disputing anything Mr. Dover said; was actually agreeing with it. What do you mean, Mr. Dover, about “better handlers?” I just think Ben needs to grow up. If I were in his shoes, the last place I’d be looking for a piece of ass would be at a college bar. I’d be at some gala event trying to hook up with a ramp model with D cups or someone else of high profile status who has just as much to lose as he does if anything goes public; nothing to gain. It’s like when Bill Clinton got his wee-wee sucked by an intern?!? Really Bill, why not someone famous where it would have a better chance to stay private—all these low-profile hoe bags got to is gain from this type of nonsense.

Hey this guy has gotten off without his reputation being ruined or a threat of loosing his job, the story has been so quite in the media most people don’t know about this criminal freak

Didn’t happen for Kobe, Michael Vick or Tiger Woods
