Roethlisberger’s Assault Case Forwarded To The District Attorney

The Post-Gazette reports that Ben’s case has been pushed forward to the district attorney:

Authorities have concluded their month-long investigation into allegations that Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger sexually assaulted a 20-year-old woman and forwarded their findings to the local district attorney. Milledgeville Police Chief Woodrow W. Blue Jr. today released a statement saying the findings had been sent Tuesday evening. The investigation into Mr. Roethlisberger, 28, began last month when a student at Georgia College and State University told police he sexually assaulted her inside a nightclub called Capital City and authorities have been vague about the circumstances and specific accusations.

Do you ever post original thoughts or do you always just copy and paste other stories word for word.

I understand your comment, Mike B, and with regard to some prior exerpts published here, you inquiry is just. But in this case, in fairness to Mr. Loede, the wire service report accurately summarizes the facts. The details of the investigation were not made public and any comment from M. Loede or others would be speculative at best. All sports commentators are holding their ‘original thoughts’ for the disclosures yet to come, if the facts ever are made public. If the DA fails to prosecute, the file will be sealed, and we may never know any more than we do now, unless the accused sells her story to Oprah.

    Dr. George and Mark,

In your opinion(s), what do you, based on the VERY LIMITED information we have been given from all the various medium, feel and/or think is happening in the Big Ben case and will be the ultimate result; understanding that it is all still conjecture at this point???? And, as far as that inflatable, hot bag of sycophantic ass-kissing (already) brown-nosed scumbag Oprah Winfrey in concerned, she can kiss my ass; she’s ruined an extremely educational and entertaining and enlightening show on Discovery called “Life” with her dual ability mouth replete with both cock and Twinkie as the voice over! But that’s just my opinion and is not being purported as fact by any means.

I say even if Ben is not charged, He still should be suspended by the NFL. This is the third incident he has been involved with, starting with the motorcycle crash. He needs a strong message sent to him not to put his self in these positions. I am a Big Ben Fan since the day He was drafted by the Steelers, however I am very disappointed by his offield conduct, this message to Ben has to be strong, he needs to clean it up and fly straight, I would hate to lose our QB over this. I believe He has 1 more championship run in him to bring home the seventh title, I fear without him we would resemble the teams of the 90’s (good, but could not get over the top)
