21. Washington Redskins – Tough to call this team, as they have issues on both sides of the ball, starting at QB and ending with what to do with Albert Haynesworth. Some have said this could be the worst team in the NFC. I won’t go that far, but they do need to get more impact players, and also step up their game when it counts in the fourth quarter.
