28. Carolina Panthers – Cam Newton is expected to take over the starting QB role right away, and why not? He’s going to put some butts in the seats, and going to bring some excitement back to the club after an awful 2010. They also need to make strides on defense under new coach Ron Rivera if they are going to compete at all in 2011.
